Terms of use
These terms cover your use of getslatefit.com. Using Slate Fit itself is covered by a separate written agreement between your business and us.

Who we are, and agreeing to these terms
This website is run by Coding Crafts LLC, a California limited liability company (“we” or “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This website, not the service
These terms are about the website: reading it, and sending us an enquiry. A subscription to Slate Fit is covered by the agreement your business signs with us, and if that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
What the site tells you
The pages describe Slate Fit and how studios run, as accurately as we can. They are not an offer to sell, and nothing on them is a contract.
What your business pays, and what it gets, is set out in a written quote and in the agreement you sign. Our guides are general information for studio owners, not legal, tax or financial advice for your business.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to the pages on this site. Please do not:
- use the site, or anything on it, for anything unlawful;
- try to get into parts of the site or its systems that are not meant for you, or interfere with how it runs;
- send the enquiry form anything automated, false, or meant to get around its spam protection;
- copy the site’s content wholesale to publish it as your own.
Who owns what
The text, design and screenshots on this site, and the Slate Fit name, belong to Coding Crafts LLC. The drawings are used under licenses from their creators, and the site credits them where their license asks for it. Names of other companies, including the competitors our pages compare us with, belong to those companies and are used only to identify them.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, for example the published sources behind a comparison. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be either, or that it is free of errors.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Coding Crafts LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them, or about this website, will be decided by the state or federal courts located in California, and both you and we agree to those courts.
Changes, and how to reach us
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
