About Slate Fit
Studio software from a team that has built it before
Slate Fit is made by Coding Crafts LLC. The product is new in 2026. The team behind it has spent more than five years building websites, apps and infrastructure for boutique fitness, including for a yoga studio group with nine studios in Florida.
Who we are
Slate Fit is a Coding Crafts product
Coding Crafts LLC is a software company. It builds software for clients and products of its own, and Slate Fit is the one it built for boutique fitness: booking, memberships and the front desk for studios that sell a spot in a room.
Slate Fit launched in 2026. The people who design it and write it are the people who built studio software for clients before it, and the people you speak to on a call before you switch. You can read more about the company at codingcrafts.io.

Where the experience comes from
Five years of building for boutique fitness
Before Slate Fit, our team spent more than five years building software for fitness and wellness businesses. That includes Yoga Joint, a yoga studio group with nine studios in Florida, where our team built:
- A redesigned website, to bring new people to the studios.
- SHIFT, Yoga Joint’s own app for iOS and Android, for classes and workshops, memberships and finding retreats.
- Updates that reach every phone at the press of a button, without anybody reinstalling the app.
- Servers on AWS that scale up for the busy hours and back down after them.
- Error monitoring that tells us about a problem the moment it happens, before members write in.

What it taught us
What a studio group needs that a single studio does not
Working with a studio group as it added locations showed us where software built for one room starts to strain. Slate Fit was built around those lessons from the start.
- One account for a member, whichever studio they book at.
- Staff access given per studio, per region or for the whole business, and refused outright anywhere else.
- A plan of every room, so a member picks their bike, reformer or mat, not just a time.
- Cancellation and no-show rules set once for the business, and changed where one studio is different.
- Card payments in a Stripe account in your business’s name, and your data in your business’s own database.
Why Slate Fit
Built for the studio that sells the spot
Boutique studios sell a place in a room at a time of day: the bike by the window, the reformer at the front, the 6:00 AM class that is full by Sunday night. Most of the software they are offered was built to sell something else and stretched to fit.
Slate Fit starts from the room. Every studio has its own rooms and floor plans, every class knows which spots are taken, and the waitlist, the late-cancellation rules and the door all work from the same plan your members book from.
Working with us
You talk to the people who build it
There is no call center between you and the product. Ask about a feature and the answer comes from the team that wrote it. Ask to switch and we move your members, class packs, remaining credits and expiry dates with you, on a call.
Tell us about your studio with the form below and we come back with a figure, usually the same day.
